SWH (Or SarahSellsIndy as she's known on social media to her over 15k followers) is the next generation of full-service real estate.  We are a small boutique agency that caps our client load, leverages our business relationships, and uses technology to make your real estate transaction the best possible experience. 

We don’t believe selling 100+ homes annually makes a better agent; At SWH we focus on having deep knowledge of the market, education and relationships with vendors and agents. Keeping business small means we are alongside our clients in the trenches for the most important time in their lives. I treat your biggest transaction as if it were my own. 

Sarah is an Accredited Staging Professional, certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist  and has a 13 year history in professional advertising and marketing –  she knows how to make you home stand out from the crowd in any market.  She then started her real estate career on a luxury real estate team and learned how to manage the most difficult transactions.

Sarah is dual licensed in Indiana and Colorado and has bought and sold millions in real estate for her clients.
